How do I book something?
Message us on WhatsApp with what you need — a flight, hotel, holiday package, Umrah package, or visa. Our AI receptionist prices it for you immediately, and a human agent confirms the booking once you're ready.
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I get a quote?
No. A quote from our AI is not a confirmed booking. It becomes confirmed only once a member of our team reviews it with you and payment is collected.
How do refunds work?
Every refund request is reviewed by a human agent — none are processed automatically, regardless of the amount. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What documents do I need for a visa?
It depends on the destination country. Tell us where you're travelling and our AI receptionist will share the exact checklist and track which documents you've uploaded.
